| How do I update my profile/contact information? |
| Simply login to your account and click the update profile menu on the left hand side. You may edit information except your email id as it serves as your username. |
| Why can not I change my email address? |
| Your email address is your username used to access your account. If your email address has been changed, than please contact us at support@rnbpanels.net. One of our customer support team member would be happy to change your information for you. |
| How do I change my password? |
| To change your password, simply Login to your account, select Change Password from the left menu and change your password. |
| What do I do if I forgot my password? |
| In the login section click on the link Forgot Password. There you can fill your username and click submit. Once we receive your request, shortly you will receive an email from us with your password. |
| How much email will I receive from RNB Panels? |
| The number of emails may vary depending upon the studies we have available that match your interests. We encourage you frequently update your profile and subscriptions to special panels in order to receive studies matching your interest. |
| How do I subscribe to various Special panels? |
| Login to your account and click Subscription to Special Panels on left side menu. You will find the list of available panels and you may select them as per your choice and fill the information as required and press submit button. You will receive a confirmation mail. |
| How do I unsubscribe to various Special panels? |
| Login to your account and click Unsubscribe to Special Panels on left side menu. You will find the list of your subscribed panels and you may select the one you want to unsubscribe. |
| How do I cancel my membership? |
| Just login your account and unsubscribe from there. |
