| What if I am unable to log in? |
| When logging in as a Member, please ensure that you are using the correct username and password. If you have misplaced your password, in the login section click on the link Forgot Password. There you can fill your username and click submit.Once we receive your request,shortly you will receive an email from us with your password. If, after receiving your new password, you are still unable to log in, you may need to clear your cache and delete temporary files. Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser. Another possibility is that you may be using a filtering and blocking software program that is not allowing cookies to be placed on your computer. Lastly, your computer may be behind a firewall or proxy server that prevents cookie transmission. This is commonly found in a corporate environment. So, regardless of how your browser is set, cookies would not be sent or received by your browser. |
| What if I have received a "Page Not Found" error? |

| Why am I not receiving email from RNB Panels? |
| We send email to members who have activated their email account. If you have recently joined and never received email from us then your account is not activated. Check your Inbox and Bulk/Junk Mail folder for confirmation mail from RNB Panels. Click the link and activate your account. If you have activated your account or have received emails from RNB Panels previously, it is possible that your ISP uses Spam filtering software that is causing email from RNB Panels to be mistakenly identified as Spam and not delivered to your inbox. To ensure, RNB Panels emails are not confused with Spam, add the following emails to your address book and list of trusted senders |
